TruHealth Test
TruHealth by TruDiagnostic is an at-home epigenetic test that reflects your healthspan: what your environment, lifestyle and biology are signalling about your long-term wellness right now. Developed by TruDiagnostic, a CLIA-certified US-based industry leader in DNA methylation testing, TruHealth analyses over 900,000 methylation sites to produce 11 personalised wellness insights covering ageing-related signals, immune resilience, metabolic balance, inflammation and longevity markers.
Lola is the official partner of TruDiagnostic for the UK and Europe, with results reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor.
This is a wellness service. The output is an epigenetic wellness readout, not a medical device output, and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, prediction, prognosis, monitoring or treatment of disease. See our Wellness Disclaimer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between TruAge and TruHealth?
TruAge reflects how old your body appears on a cellular level (biological age, pace of ageing, organ-system ages). TruHealth reflects your current healthspan signals: immune resilience, metabolic balance, inflammation and ageing-related wellness readouts. They use the same lab method (DNA methylation) but answer different questions. Many customers run them together; see our TruAge + TruHealth bundle, which saves £145.
Do I need a phlebotomist?
No. TruHealth uses a finger-prick collection kit you do at home. There is no clinic appointment, no phlebotomist booking, and no fasting required.
How long do results take?
4-6 weeks from when TruDiagnostic's CLIA-certified US lab receives your sample. DNA methylation analysis is genuinely complex: 900,000 markers, run on Illumina EPIC arrays, with proprietary algorithms applied to the raw data.
How often should I retest?
Every 6-12 months. Epigenetic change is gradual, and the most useful thing TruHealth gives you is the trend over time. We will email you a retest reminder.
